Holderby Electric will perform a full inspection of the electrical system before making an offer for service or repair.  I will provide a complete estimate of all work in my quote.  The best solution for the job is seldom the most expensive.  The ideal proposal includes the best price for the value provided.

Service

I provide full service troubleshooting to determine the best solution possible.  I will offer you multiple options to increase your choice in how you would like the work done.  Repairs provided quickly with cost and quality are my two major concerns.

Commercial

Significant experience in commercial electrical and control systems.  Troubleshooting and repair of existing systems and installations of electrical systems for small commercial buildings only.  Sorry it's just me, no new building construction.

Residential

I provide full service, installation and repair of all electrical systems for residential homes and agricultural buildings (barns, etc).  I provide interior and exterior lighting, power design and installation.  I also provide installation services for portable generators and exterior lighting.

Smart Energy Efficient Consulting

Over 10 years experience working with utilities on energy efficiency programs and a full understanding of requirements needed to insure successful return on your investment.  You will save money, you will have far greater control over your home or business and you will never wonder if you left that light on again.

Holderby Electric was formed with more than 30 years working as an electrician in the residential, commercial and industrial markets in Northern California.  I have years of experience so I have probably done it wrong enough times to know how to do it right....  I am still surprised on occasion....

Why Lutron Pro?

I use Lutron Devices and SmartHome systems because they are in my home and business, they work as advertised and I provide my customers with tested devices not promises.  I have over 50 Lutron Smart Devices in my home.  I have everything from my garage door to my Christmas lights connected to my home automation system.  They all work as intended and they have a multitude of connection capabilities (Google and Alexa, to name just the big guys).  I do not receive any discount for advertising Lutron or other benefit beyond providing you with sound advice.  Lutron Systems can be used in some small commercial installations and are often more economical and functional than larger more complex systems typically offered to commercial customers.  Energy Efficiency is the number one value of automation, in many cases you will find the installed devices can actually pay for themselves over time.
